Russian platinum of Musa Bazhaev, which has tried to get a license for development of the large nickel and copper field Norilsk-1 in strict conflict with Norilsk Nickel for more than a year, is getting hot. On the order of the Vice Prime Minister, Arkedy Dvorkovich, who was the main opponent of the granting of the license, the Ministry of Natural Resources prepared a draft of the corresponding governmental decree. But, according to sources of the Kommersant, Russian platinum and Norilsk Nickel may merge for the Norilsk-1 development.
