In Q2, Evraz increased steel production by 1.1% to 4.08 million tons

In Q2, Evraz increased steel production by 1.1% to 4.079 million tons. Its steel smelting capacities in Russia and North America continued operation with high loading. Steel products yield with exception for inner-group supplies increased by 3.2% to 3.690 million tons. Growth has happened due to enlarged demand for construction rolled steel in Russia and enlargement in rails production by the upgraded rail shop of Evraz West Siberian Metal Works. Ready steel products share increased from 74% to 77%.
