Vostsibugol acquires coal strip mine in Khakassia

Vostsibugol-Khakassia LLC has received a license for the right to develop the promising coal deposit Severo-Zapadny Kirbinsky.
It is located on the territory of the republic of Khakassia. It refers to the Beisk coal site. The purchase is valued at 165 million roubles, according to the company.
“We have been interested in this project for a long time. So, we have taken a decision to take part in it. Under the terms of the auction, the participants were to introduce a feasibility study and proposals project. Our project was the best one, according to the expert committee,” E.Masternak, CEO of the company commented.
