EVRAZ to sell coal mine Gramoteinskaya for 10 thousand rubles

EVRAZ plc has signed a contract on the sale of the mine Gramoteinskaya, which is a part of Yuzhkuzbassugol, to the company Lehram Capital Investments Ltd. The mine specialized in production of forge coal. The deal amount made up 10 000 rubles in cash, taking into account absence of debt obligations. The contract is legally binding.
