“Susumanzoloto” extracted 254 kg of gold in May

“Susumanzoloto” OJSC in May 2015 extracted 254 kg of gold, by 22% less than in May 2014, chief engineer A. Chugunov said.
For May 2015 the company set a plan of 235 kg, for May 2014 – 327 kg. In april “Susumanzoloto” extracted 41.1 kg of placer gold. From the beginning of the year “Elektrum plus” Ltd extracted over 265 kg of hardrock gold at the Vetrensky deposit.
“This year the weather has corrected the operation of our plants. Thus we are behind the plan by the number of units put into operation and that has an impact on the results” , Mr. Chugunov said.
In May “Drazhnik” Ltd (in the structure of “Susumanzoloto”) extracted 114 kg, Vetrensky mine - 61 kg, “Chelbania mine” Ltd – 20 kg.
