UC Rusal Bratsk paid 635.7 mln roubles on the 8th coupon of the 8th issue of bonds at the volume of 15 bln roubles

​“Rusal Bratsk aluminium plant” OJSC (Rusal Bratsk) on April 13th settled the 8th coupon of the 8th issue of bonds at the volume of 15 bln roubles.

The payment by the coupon amounted to 635.7 mln roubles or 42.38 roubles per paper.

The issue offered on April 19th 2011 comprises 15 mln security papers of 1 thousand roubles nominal each. The registration number is 4-08-20075-F. the period of circulation is 10 years with the offer in 4 years. The coupon period is 182 days. The rate of the first coupon is 8.5% per annum. The rates of the 2-8 coupons are 8.5%, rates of the 9-12 coupons – 12% per annum, rates of the 12-20 coupons are determined by the issuer. The organizers are Gazprombank, Renaissance Broker, VTB Capital and Sberbank.
