Komsomolsk ore management and Donetskcoke have changed registration

​Metinvest of R. Akhmetov has changed the registration of the Komsomolsk ore management and coke chemicals plant Donetskcoke on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Government.

The decision on the change of registration of the Makeevo branch of the Yenakievo metallurgical plant was made at the meeting of shareholders but the procedure is not over as yet.

According to Metinvest, the registration change of Metinvest-Holding, Metinvest-Resource, Metinvest Engineering and scientific and production union Inkor & Co. is over.

The shareholders of the Makeevo branch, Komsomolsk ore management and Donetskcoke planned to reconsider the issue of the change of location of enterprises at het meeting of shareholders on December 17.
