VSMPO-Avisma to launch new press

The demand for machined forging of VSMPO-Avisma increased in 2014. The popularity of the company on the global market is great, CEO of VSMPO-Avisma M.Voevodin stated. Looking back on the year he stated it was difficult but fruitful.
“Unfortunately we have failed to meet the sharply increased demand for machined forgings, but we have managed to mobilize and set in-company record. We have increased forging production 10-12% and flat stock production – 7-8% year-on-year,” M.Voevodin stated.
