MMK is not going to pay the annual dividends for 2014

The Board of Directors of MMK recommended to the shareholders to pay dividends for January – September 2014 of 0.58 rubles per stock.

The CFO of MMK S. Sulimov says that MMK is not going to pay the annual dividends for 2014 concerning payments for January – September but it can pay dividends for 2015.

The shareholding capital consists of 11.174 billion rubles divided to 11.174330 billion equal shares with face value of 1 ruble. Thus, dividends for January – September 2014 can reach 6.5 billion rubles. MMK did not pay dividends for 2012 and 2013.
