Mechel shares rose by 12%

~~Mechel ordinary shares rose by 12% and even by 15.5% at one point on MICEX, and their preference shares rose by 8% and by 12.1% at one point.
Yesterday in the evening, they fell by correspondently 41% and 23.3%. The price fell by 40% at the start of bidding at the NYSE.
