MMK reduced steel production by 6.2% to 9.34 mln tons in Jan-September

The total volume of steel production at MMK Group made up 9.338 million tons in January-September 2015 (-6.2% y-o-y), runs the company’s statement. The total loading of steel-making capacity of the main platform in Magnitogorsk made up 86% over this period.
The total shipment of commercial products in MMK Group (excluding internal business volume) made up 8.519 million tons in January-September 2015 (-8.2% y-o-y). The output of high value-added products (HVA) at MMK made up 4.010 million tons in January-September 2015 (-3.0% against Jan-Sept 2014).
