Yakutian Diamond Company interested in the purchase of Arkhangelskgeoldobycha, Lukoil’s subsidiary

The Yakutian Diamond Company wants to extend its business with the purchase of Lukoil’s diamond producing asset, the company’s Head, A.Maximov reported.
He didn’t specify details of the possible deal.
On June 21 of 2012, during the XVIth International Economic Forum in St.Petersburg, Lukoil’s President and the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region I.Orlov signed an agreement on cooperation for the rational and efficient development of the Arkhangelsk region’s natural resources, including the exploration and development of hydrocarbon and diamond deposits.
