FAS has allowed OMK to buy again Chusovoy metal works

Last Friday FAS allowed the coordinated purchase  of 100% in Chusovoy metal works by OMK CJSC and the related Cypriot offshore Jalpark Company Ltd. Under the verdict of FAS, OMK is granted the right to become the executive body of the metal works, and the offshore entity has been allowed to buy the Nizhny Novgorod Metallurgy Investment Company CJSC, the only shareholder of Chusovoy metal works.

FAS agreed the improvement transaction. OMK and Jalpark Company Ltd will have to elaborate and present to FAS within 3 months from closure of the transaction the trade and sales policy for the sort construction alloyed car spring steel. The buyers of  Chusovoy metal works are also ordered to sell sort construction alloyed car spring steel in accordance with the trade and sales policy on non-discriminatory terms.
