Renova offers to Petropavlovsk the opportunity to buy Zoloto Kamchatki

The Renova Group of Viktor Vekselberg, which is the largest shareholder of Petropavlovsk Plc, has proposed to consider the possibility of changing the conditions of the transaction to acquire Amur Zoloto to include in it the purchase of Renova’s gold assets in Kamchatka too, the company reports.
