The Ukraine reduced ferroalloy production by 20% in Jan-May 2013

The Ukrainian ferroalloy enterprises reduced the output by 20.9% to 337.3 thousand tons in January-May 2013 against the same period last year. In particular, the output of silicomanganese went down by 12.1% to 256.7 thousand tons, ferromanganese by 43.5% to 36.5 thousand tons, ferro-silicium (45%) by 34.2% to 41.4 thousand tons, metal manganese – by 60.3% to 2.7 thousand tons.
