Norilsk Nickel renewed Board of Directors with members of UC “Rusal” and “Rostech”

The shareholders of GMK “Norilsk Nickel” have confirmed the number of Directors at the annual general meeting. Spokesmen for UC “RusAl” and the state-run corporation “Rostech” joined the Board of Directors, RIA Novosti reports.
“Interros” of V.Potanin (30.3% shares) kept 4 representatives in the Board of Directors. There have been elected chief executive of Interros S.Barbashev, his deputies M.Zakharova and A.Bashkirov, deputy CEO of “Norilsk Nickel” A.Bugrov.
