RUSAL gives a forecast of the aluminum industry development in 2014.

In 2014 RUSAL estimates the global consumption of aluminum increased by 6 % compared with 2013. The highest growth of the aluminum market will be observed in China and other Asian countries, while in the developed markets - the U.S. and Europe – the stable positive dynamics will remain.
In 2014 the aluminum consumption in China will increase by 10%, in North America – by 5%, in Asia (excluding China) – by 3%, and in Europe (EU and Turkey) – by 2.5%.
