Amendments into the Subsurface Law

The Federal Law under date of May 7, 2013 No85 amended articles 3 and 42 of the Subsurface Law. The appropriate legislation was prepared by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and introduced to the State Duma by the RF Government.
