Export supplies of SUEK is up by 9% in Jan-September 2014

The enterprises of the Siberian Coal Energy Company (SUEK) produced 68.6 million tons of coal in January-September 2014. It is almost equal to the coal production during the same period last year (68.9 million tons). The realization volume in January-September 2014 is down by 1% against the same period last year and it made up 65.5 million tons of coal.

International sales in January-September 2014 is up by 9% and made up 33.8 million tons of coal. Own coal export is up by 7% to 30.3 million tons of coal. The main markets are Great Britain, China, South Korea, Japan, the Netherlands, Taiwan and Germany.
