Evraz will increase wire production by over 10%

The steel rolling shop of Evraz ZSMK is going to install 3 new high-productive drawing mills of Koch Gmbh&.
The modern utilities will enable to increase wire production by over 20,000 tons a year. Investment to the project will be 145 million rubles. The small diameter wire (2.2-4 mm) is widely in demand at the hardware products market. The majority consumers are the Russian iron-concrete construction plants, construction and production entities. The realization of the project will enlarge the share of Evraz ZSMK at the Russian hardware market and will improve competitiveness of the combine. The new equipment will be launched in H1 2015.
