The CEO of Stalinvest Company S. Maslennikov has analyzed the state of affairs at the steel with cover market, and presented his report at the annual Congress of the Russian Union of Metal and Steel Suppliers. In 2012, total capacity of the market increased by 14% to 5.3 million tons, It’s going to increase to 5.9 million tons in 2013. Imports of the product share 35% or 2 million tons.
