The sales of “Severstal Russian Steel” amounted to 2.46 million tons in January-March 2016 (-6% against previous quarter). Seasonal factors and operations on an increase of productivity of a 4-stand cold rolling mill at the Cherepovets Iron-and-Steel works are among the reasons, which caused slowdown in performance.
