The Ukraine reduced ferroalloy production in January

The Ukrainian ferroalloy enterprises reduced production in January 2015 compared to the same period last year by 0.5% to 82.6 thousand tons. It is stated in the materials of the Ukrainian Association of Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA).
In particular, the output of silicomanganese increased 9.1% to 68 thousand tons, while the production of ferromanganese went down by 20.8% to 6.1 thousand tons, ferrosilicium (45%) – by 43.8% to 7.3 thousand tons.
