The Russian government is discussing an increase in export duties on platinum group metals (PGM) until September 2016, which could have a negative impact on EBITDA of MMC "Norilsk Nickel" in the amount of $ 150 million, according to a review of Morgan Stanley referring to the representatives of IR-Department of the Mining and metallurgical Company.
