Norilsk GOK to increase ore processing by 1 mln tons

In late March 2015 the capacity of the processing plant in Norilsk will rise by 1 mln tons.
The Norilsk processing plant of GMK Norilsk Nickel completes the realization of the project on the rise of the production capacity by 1 mln tons of ore a year, Norilsk Nickel reported. After the launch of the new large-capacity grinding mill, the plant will process up to 9 mln tons of ore annually.
Simultaneously the entire processing plant will be modernized: the floatation sections will be restructured, new automated pumps Warman will be assembled and launched.
