The Russian Platinum Group is ready to participate in the tender for the Maslovskoye platinum – copper – nickel deposit at Taymyr discovered by Norilsk Nickel, if the tender is announced. The owner of Russian Platinum M. Bazhayev has sent the letter of intent to the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region L. Kuznetsov, a source in the administration of the Governor says. The group is interested in the asset because it neighbors to another site controlled by Russian Platinum, the southern part of the Norilsk-1 deposit.
