In H1, steel production in Kazakhstan decreased by 18.8% to 1.619 million tons

In January-June of 2013, 1.619 million tons of raw steel were produced in Kazakhstan that is by 18.8% less than in the same period of 2012, the republic’s statistics agency reported.
