Cherepovets metal works, a member of Severstal Russian Steel dispatched 117,500 tons of rolled steel in June, having set the record since its launch. The former record results of 115,000 tons was achieved in September 2012. The growth in production is connected with stable demand for products of steel plate rolling shop #1 at the internal market. In June, it supplied products to North-Western, Povolzhye and Central federal areas. Exports shared 30%; they were mostly performed to Belarus, the Ukraine and the Baltic states.
