Coal shipment to Magadan thermal power plant has started

Coal shipment to the Magadan thermal power plant “Magadanenergo” OJSC has started. The motor ship “Gold of Kolyma” of “Transit-DV” GC is being loaded at the sea trade port of Magadan. 26.4 thousand tons of strategic cargo were delivered by the first lot. The motor ship is being unloaded now. KAMAZ trucks of Magadanenergo have started to ship fuel from the pier to the coal stock house of the Magadan thermal power plant.
257 thousand tons of coal will be shipped to the thermal power plant for the 2015-2016 heating season. Another 9 trips will be made to deliver the entire volume of coal to the capital of Kolyma.
The coal navigation to Magadan will be over in November 2015.
