Polymetal completes purchase of Maminskoye gold deposit in Ural

Polymetal International Plc. – the largest Russian producer of primary silver – completed he purchase of 100% of voting shares of Maminskaya mining company CJSC (the Sverdlovsk Region), the company reports.
The total amount of the transaction made up $77.3 million, including $3.9 million in cash and $73.4 million in 5,491,661 shares of Polymetal (appr. 1.4% of the increased authorized capital of the company).
