For the first 9 months, Severstal to pay dividends in the amount of 13.17 rubles per share

At the extraordinary meeting shareholders of Severstal decided to pay dividends by results of the first nine months of 2015 in the amount of 13.17 rubles per ordinary share, the company reports.
"At the extraordinary general meeting of the Severstal’s shareholders, held on December 10, 2015, it was agreed "to pay (declare) dividends for the first nine months of 2015 in the amount of 13 rubles 17 kopecks per one ordinary registered share, "- the message says. The date, on whoch persons, entitled to receive dividends, will be determined is December 21, 2015.
