Central Bank has cancelled the issue of bonds of MMK of 20 series

On December 10th the Bank of Russia refused to register the report on the results of the issue of bonds of MMK of the 20th series, the Central Bank reports.
Simultaneously the Central Bank proved the issues not to be invalid due to the non-issue of a single security paper and cancelled their state registration.
The Federal Commission for Securities Market on October 30th 2012 registered the issues and a prospectus of 10-year bonds issue of the plant of 18-20 series. The volume of 18-19 series is 5 bln roubles each, of 20 series-10 bln roubles. The nominal value of one bond is 1 thousand roubles.
Currently the 19 series of MMK’s bonds with the volume of 5 bln roubles is in circulation.
