JSC "Tomino GOK" (part of the "Russian Copper Company", RMK) disputes the ban of Rosprirodnadzor on the development of Birgildy copper ores site in the Arbitration Court of Chelyabinsk Region, as follows from the case.
The first hearing is scheduled for October 9. A preliminary hearing on the suit of the company to regional management of Rosprirodnadzor was held on September 9.
