New metal works can appear in Eastern Siberia

Vtorchermet will supply ferrous metal scrap for a ferrous metal plant, the first one in Eastern Siberia. Its construction will start in August or September 2014 in Bratsk, the Irkutsk region. The company is one of the initiators of the project and will build the plant for its own funds. It will also raise credits. Maybe, the project will be supported by the local budget. No federal budget support is planned.
