MMK strengthens its position in list of leading world steelmakers

The World Steel Association has presented its annual rating of the largest steel smelting companies of the world. By results of the last year, the Magnitogorsk metallurgic plant with the volume of steel smelting in the amount of 13 million tons in 2012, took the 26th place in the WSA’s Top steel-producing companies 2012 (top-40), raised by 4 positions as compared with the results of the previous rating.
