Steel prices to go up 15% in June

Pipe plant “Profil-Akras” (Volzhski, Volgograd region) planned an increase of selling prices on end products in May. It is due to a growth of prices on semifinished rolled products up to 20%, depending on the thickness of the plate. Metallurgical plants reason such fast growth by an increase of export quotation by 30-35% last month and reached the level of 2014.
