“Polyus Gold” to create managing company for its assets

The Board of Directors of OJSC “Polyus Gold” took a decision to create OOO “Management company Polyus Gold”, runs the company’s statement. “Polyus Gold” will control the company. It will be the parent company of Polyus Gold International Ltd, which shares are not listed at the LSE and Moscow Stock Exchange since December 3, 2015.
