Scrap copper exports can increase

The director of the Council for the industrial enterprises of the secondary non-ferrous enterprises D. Puzanov says that entrance of Russia to WTO can lead to copper scrap metal and waste deficiency due to growth in its imports. The duty for copper scrap metal and waste deficiency should decline by 10% a year, and unfair suppliers can  underrate the price for reduction of the expenses to the duty payment. The only possible variant for prevention of the large exports can be setting of the customs duty at a rate of Euro 84 per ton.
