Mechel agrees with VTB on restructuring of its debt

Mechel has announced the signing of agreements on restructuring of the debt to VTB to the total amount of about 70 billion rubles.
Borrowers on credit lines are Mechel and its subsidiaries - Southern Kuzbass, Yakutugol and Chelyabinsk metallurgical plant.
