The August repairs in "Norilsk Nickel" units meet the target date.

The Zapolyarny Division of MMC "Norilsk Nickel" summed up the results of August.

All plans of subdivisions are fully complete. In particular this applies to the program for the production of the finished products - nickel, copper, cobalt and platinum group metals and nickel shipping in this material for the Kola Peninsula MMC.

In addition, in August several important repairs in Zapolyarny Division were made, the work will be continued in September. Thus, skips to skip hoists have been replaced at the "Lighthouse" shaft of the "Komsomol" mine. The replacement of the head ropes on the southern lifting machine of the skip shaft № 3 started at the "Taimyr" mine. The repair of the ore smelting furnace № 3 was made and a 30-day repair of the sintering machine № 5 was completed at the Nickel Plant. During a two-night stop of the hydrometallurgical production the work required to install the repaired spray ponds were fulfilled at the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant.
