On July 9th NLMK fully offered the issue of bonds BO-14 at the volume of 5 bln roubles.
The issue containing 5 mln papers with the nominal value of 1 thousand roubles was offered by the public subscription. The period of circulation is 10 years. The rate of coupons 1-2 is 11.5% per annum. The registration number is 4B02-14-00102-А as of December 27th 2012. The underwriter of the issue is Sberbank CIB.
