In June of 2014, ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog increased steel production by 3.8%

June of 2014 became one of the most successful months for the largest steel company of the Ukraine ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog in terms of the production of its main products, which exceeded the level of the business plan, the company’s deputy general director for production, Paramzhit Kalon reported.

In July, the steel production at ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog made up 556.1 thousand tons that is by 3.8% more than in the same period of the previous year. The production of finished rolled metal increased by 11.4% as compared with the same period of the previous year to 497.3 thousand tons, and production of cast iron increased to 490.3 thousand tons that is by 5.6% more than in the same period of the previous year.
