Kyrgyzkomur: Coal production to increase at Kara-Kech

Coal production at Kara-Kech will be increased from 125 to 750 thousand tons of coal. An engineering director of the state-run company “Kara-Kech” V.Bobrov said.
According to him, the enterprise received 50 million soms for purchase of equipment last year.
“There have been purchased three loading machines, two diggers and one heavy bulldozer for the money, we received. We started overburden mining and coal production. This year, coal production will make up 330 thousand tons compared to 125 thousand tons of coal in 2014,” Bobrov said.
