OJSC “Sibir-Polymetal” (Altai region, part of “UGMK-Holding”) has been reorganized and split off OJSC “Korbalikhinsky mine” into separate business, runs the holding company’s materials.
The decision on reorganization of “Sibir-Polymetal” has been taken by the shareholders at the extraordinary meeting, which took place on January 20. They have also confirmed transfer act, where the sum of transferrable asset makes up 3 billion 399.9 million, including capital assets at 3 billion 223.6 million roubles, incomplete construction projects at 160.24 million roubles, equipment – 10.78 million roubles and raw material – 5.27 million roubles.
