Ukraine reduces quarterly production of ferroalloys by 21%

In January-March 2013 Ukrainian ferroalloy enterprises reduced their production by 20.6% - to 183 thousand tons against the same period of 2012, Ukrainian association of ferroalloy producers reports.
Particularly, the production of silicomanganese reduced by 8.8% - to 145 thousand tons, ferromanganese – by 31.9% - to 20.9 thousand tons, ferrosilicon (45%) – by 55.7% - to 16.2 thousand tons, metallic manganese – by 78.6% - to 0.9 thousand tons.
