Break the ice: Construction of electric furnace complex at Donetskstal

The metallurgic plant Donetskstal, which had time to close all its open-hearth furnaces by Euro-2012, hasn’t still constructed the planned electric furnace complex instead of them. The reason is the absence of money. Up to date, the plant has been seeking for financing to launch the new facility. And it is likely to set the wheels in motion now.
