CherMK to supply almost 180 thousand tons of rolled metal to Tikhvin car-building plant

Severstal and Tikhvin car-building plant (TVSZ, a part of United car company) have signed an agreement for the supply of rolled metal in the period from January to December 2016. Under this agreement, Severstal will supply about 180 thousand tons of rolled products throughout the year.
Rolled metal, produced at the Cherepovets metallurgical plant (CherMK, a part of the Severstal), is used at TVSZ for production of body parts of cars of different models, including gondola cars, hopper cars and flat cars.
