The Ukraine to introduce a license for scrap metal stocking and processing

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade plans to introduce licensing for stocking, processing and metallurgical processing of metal scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The respective project of the regulation has been published on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.
According to the explanatory note to the document, the Ministry considers necessary to introduce the respective changes into the list of bodies of licensing approved by the regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers agreed with the suggestion of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade on the transfer of powers of the liquidated Ministry of Industrial Policy to the Agency.
