VTB and Mechel haven’t yet completed work on conclusion of an amicable agreement on the suit to recover 50.2 billion rubles from the company, the Interfax reports from the court, where an appeal against a decision to recover 50.2 billion rubles from the company in favor of the bank was to be considered.
