There has been produced 137.3 million tons of coal in the Kemerovo region in January-August 2014.
As the press-service of the regional administration states citing the coal mining and energy department of the regional administration, coking coal production has made up 39 million tons since early 2014 (+1.2 mln tons). The shipment made up 136.1 million tons of coal in January-August 2014 against 129.2 million tons in 2013, inclusive of 79.8 million tons for export (71.8 million tons in 2013).
